Conference Stay-Over Accommodation Rates:

  • Standard Rooms: R5,975.00 per room, including full breakfast
  • Luxury Rooms: R8,085.00 per room, including full breakfast
  • Garden Cottage: R8,085.00 per room, including full breakfast
  • Villas: R11,360.00 per room, including full breakfast

Half Day Conference Package - R580 per person

  • 08:00 am to 13:00 pm
  • Includes use of standard conference equipment and stationery
  • Refreshments: arrival coffee & tea, 1x tea & coffee with mid-morning snack, mineral water & mints

Full Day Conference Package - R650 per person

  • 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
  • Includes use of standard conference equipment and stationery
  • Refreshments: arrival coffee & tea, 2x tea & coffee breaks with snacks, mineral water & mints
  • Lunch: two-course menu with choices, served outside or on the enclosed veranda

Dinner Rate - R710 per person

Terms and Conditions

  • Valid from May 2025 – September 2025
  • Rates exclude all beverages not specified, sundries, extras, secretarial services, 15% service charge on meals and drinks
  • Quotes provided are based on the program at the time of enquiry – should your conference program change, additional costs may be incurred

Accommodation & Conference Package Payment:

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit on the full booking value is due 7 days after confirmation to secure your reservation
  • A 50% deposit on the full booking value is required if made 120 days prior to arrival
  • A 70% deposit on the full booking value is required if made less than 120 days prior to arrival
  • The full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival
  • All additional extras will be charged on departure

Accommodation & Conference Package Cancellation:

  • In the event of cancellation, the initial 20% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited
  • 90-61 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee will apply on the full amount of the cancelled rooms
  • 60-31 days prior to arrival, 75% cancellation fee will apply on the full amount of the cancelled rooms
  • 30-00 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee will apply on the full amount of the cancelled rooms
