During our visit to Franschhoek, we got a bit turned around and ended up at their gate by mistake. Instead of turning us away, the staff welcomed us warmly, opened the gate, and even allowed us to use their beautiful facilities without hesitation. It’s a small but powerful reflection of the heart and generosity that clearly defines this place. If this is how they treat unplanned visitors, I can only imagine the care and comfort they provide to their actual guests.
